This pair of "Evesham" egg coddlers with lids is in excellent vintage condition. Each egg coddler comes with a lid and is marked Royal Worcester Porcelain, Made in England. No chips, cracks, or crazing noted. Please have a look at all the photos for a more detailed description of the item.

Each egg coddler measues 3 1/2" tall and 2" across the top.

Royal Worcester’s Evesham Pattern was introduced in 1961 as the beginning of a new trend for more informal dining which was to bring the humble casserole dish from the kitchen to the dining table. Evesham, named after the local fruit-growing region near Worcester, was Royal Worcester’s best-selling brand of the late 20th century. Apples, pears, cherries, damsons and blackberries were just a few of the colourful fruit sprays developed.
