Vintage Betmar by Lenox Black Velvet Hat
Up for sale is this lovely vintage rich black velvet Betmar by Lenox hat. Beautiful big bow in the front and is so cute on! Made in Canada, Union label reads ‘United Hatters, Cap and Millinery Workers International Union’ which was est. between 1934-1983. The hat is 6 1/2" in diameter and 3 1/2 deep.
