Gorgeous Fenton by Radfords "Westbury" teacup and saucer in black with pink and blue morning glory flowers. Marked "Westbury Radfords, Bone china, Fenton, made in England." This set is in beautiful vintage condition with minor marks to the black, manufacture flaw regarding the black glaze on the back of the cup.
