C. 1960s SKLO Union Art Glass Vase by Rudolf Jurnikl – Modernist Pattern

Up for sale is this SKLO Union Art Glass vase by Rudolf Jurnikl with a modernist pattern of concave spheres on either side. This vase measures 9 3/4" tall and 4 1/2" wide and it is in great vintage condition with some scratches on the bottom of the vase. Please see all the photos and the video for a more detailed description of the item. This vase makes a beautiful display piece and is definitely an addition to your art glass collection.

"Rudolph Jurnikl studied in Kamenicky Šenov in the department of glass engraving and later he continued to study at College of Arts and Crafts in Prague by Prof Štipl. From 1958-1988 he was an artist in glassworks Rudolfova. In the 60s he participated in a new visually expressive concept of pressed glass. He effectively managed to realize it. Jurnikls works from these years are not connected with anything from past. His designs has dynamic forms and lively curves."
