I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I recently bought and item that I waited months to go get I live in red deer and would travel to this place. I bought a damascus knife that was claimed to be hand made by someone arould alberta and I paid 105 for it. A couple of days later I was searching on Amazon and came across the same knife exact same knife for 39.00. I was incredibly upset to see a vendor was selling knifes from Amazon from 39.00 for over 100 and not only that the vendor still has hand full of biger knifes asking upwards of $500 as a very frustrated customer I reached out and got a response I sent all my info and pictures the only thing is I didnt have a recite but I bout it only 3 days ago . The owner said she would look into it and get back to me iv waited about a week and no response . I do not like being riped off and haveing someone disclose that an item is hand made somewhere and then it is not. To be ripped off at a very dear place that I loved very upseting. Please do not buy anything if you cant get proof of authentication . I also will not be supporting this store anymore and hope to encourage others to do the same

My husband and I were thrown out of this place by its owner like a couple of criminals on September 27th. It was a hot sunny day and we spoke with some employees to see if we could bring our 9lbs daschund in with us because it’s too hot in the car and the parking lot has no shade available. We checked with 3 employees & the security guy and they all assessed the situation with logic using their critical thinking skills to determine that as long as we held her in our arms at all times and didn’t enter the restaurant that they didn’t see a problem with it. These are good employees, they should be given a raise. Within minutes after beginning to shop the owner tracked us down and was incredibly rude and aggressive. Even when we tried to explain to her, she didn’t want to hear any of it. She told us she’ll show us out and escorted us to the front door, antagonizing us the whole way (she really seemed to want a fight). It was rude, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I’m a small business owner myself (a business that has welcomed dogs and their owners for 15 years without a single issue) and I have NEVER treated a customer this way. I treat shop lifters with more respect than we were shown from her that day. She made an issue where there was no issue. This place HAD been an MUST every time I’m in Edmonton since 2006. I’ll never go back.
