Carlton Ware Australian Design Grapes Jam / Preserve Pot with Lid and Underplate

Absolutely stunning Carlton Ware Australian Design grapes jam or preserve pot with lid and underplate. The pot is green with ivory plate and lid with beautiful grapes design. Marked "Carlton Ware Handpainted, made in England, trademark, Registered Australian Design" with numbers "2208" on the bottom of the pot. There is some very minor crazing on the dish, a bit more on the lid, and the plate has crazing throughout. Also a small crack on the edge of the underplate (see photos).

Underplate 5 1/8 diameter; the pot is 4 inches tall with lid.
