Vintage 1920s Framed Hand Painted Facsimile entitled "Early Victorian Period" by English Art Deco artist Jennie Harbour. This lovely picture is framed in a black and gold painted wood & glass frame and has a pink matte border. The framed image measures 15" long by 12 1/4" high. Aside from a few little nicks on the frame edge and damage on the back paper, the picture and frame present well and are intact. Truly, it is a beautiful image to collect and display.
